Step into a lush rainforest in this vibrant, interactive children's theatre experience. Birmba follows three cockatoos , Kukubaka the chatterbox, Junkurrji the strong protector and Junkaji, the wise guide , as they navigate a changing world through connection, courage and care for Country. Grounded in Kuku Yalanji language and cultural knowledge, this interactive theatre experience invites audiences to join the journey through voice, rhythm and imagination. As the birds work together to protect their rainforest jawun (friends), young audiences are encouraged to step in, respond and help guide
